Saw a spin off band interviewed on how they contacted him for permission to use his name for their band. They said his was the extreamly nice and that he had a good laught and agreed to let them use his name, something most others would never do. If I recall they named their band "The Bastard Sons Of Johny Cash", and with that name they locked up a good amount of success!

Damn straight .."rockers" Yep, the Beatles were some the best, as both hit the shores my teen years. But the "stones", took it to a new level! Best times us kids HS years! I had to look up the "Shattered", lyrics as aint heard that in awhile! Seems last night oldies on the shop radio it played, and guess they are going to do ANOTHER tour? Stones mean a little more to me, as a 69 Nam Vet...(this anyway vid). I had a reel to reel 8" tape player basecamp, and got many old HS girl friends back.."in the world", who sent me new tapes, (and home made Brownies and cookies!)..I doubt the Stones wrote this with Nam in mind, but sure does come out well to me. Guess ya had to be there, and live those days.

This for the 59,000+ who never made it "home"...
