Blast off with the built v-4 was sharp. Now I feel it necessary to pad the bottom sit on the floor in the middle of the boat ands try for even more excelleration. This boat will only run the 1/8. I could not find any inlines that would challenge the v=4 so even heard of these twisters and such. The hundred still goes to the rumble and v-6 fish motor. Rick

Alan Power,
Both "Can't Touch This" and my boat are Rabco Streaker's.They were built by parkers dad Randy Rabe.Mine was a 1978 and they are 16'4" as I recall.I padded the round bottom on mine which lifted the boat higher to cleaner water.The stock 225 pushed it about 90.

Viper
What about the 15' Viper? No one would think twice about putting more than a 200 on them. I ran mine for years with a hopped up 200 on it.

Sounds like a good ride to me.I was going to put a mod vp on a Vandal but the guy couldn't produce the title to the boat which he was trading me for fiberglass work.Guess you know who got screwed there.I think that somebody on S&K has a Vandal with a 200.
