I would buy it, but not if it doesn't have the sail, rudder, and center board.

the answer is NO.....
WHY....
It dont have a pad.... But if they could get one of those sail boats up on the pad with
a sail and free up and get that mf'r to air out, now that would be coooool!!!! LMAO... WHAT!!!!!!

Looks like a HydroStream Fox to me. Pretty rare if your into blowboats.
