Smallest CID or HP EFI outboard?
Anyone know who offers the smallest displacement or lowest HP EFI outboard engine? OMC/Merc, etc? And what is it?

I'll take a stab at this
The smallest EFI outboard I can think of is the Suzuki DF40 (40hp)

Thanks Bill. I looked and Merc also makes a 40hp EFI, 60cid I-4...making 15cid per cylinder. That's a little smaller per cylinder than the I-3 50cid Suzuki. Thanks for pointing me in that direction though.
Now, on these small engines, do they use 1 injector for everything or one per cylinder or what? Are these injectors smaller than the ones in my V-6 Merc?
Basically, I'm looking to find the smallest physical size EFI fuel injector I can. I am thinking I'm looking in the right direction.Keith-

1 per cylinder
Keith, all the Suzuki's use sequential multi-point injection, 1 injector per cylinder. I have a '98 DF60. The injectors on it look to be just as big physically as the V6 EFI mercs. Don't know about the small merc 4-strokes. What kind of a project are you working on?

Looking to put EFI on a small motor (like 50cc), so I'm looking at smaller components (injectors, fuel pump, etc).

Well, not quite outboard, but EFI anyway:
OS Max 1.40 Cu in Efi
Are you looking to put EFI on a 2-str or 4 str?
Here's a Tohatsu with a 42.5Cu TLDI:
