Hey mate, just found this thread! Cool bullet. whereabouts are you at? I have heaps of inline choppers, a couple of cleavers & yammy drags aswell that will fit your bullet. also a couple of random props.
I got nearly all my props and my bobs jack plate aswell as heaps of stuff from scream & fly members, i never had one bad deal, all smooth as, just make sure you get a postage quote before you commit as it can vary alot from different parts of the states. our dollar was low when i got my stuff & i still paid less than half the price of buying the gear over here,(inc. postage) so you should be able to get some top bargains.
I think the bobs convertible plate will suit your bullet well, most bullets seem to like a fair whack of positive trim so it should help.
Cheers, Jim

G,day mate, grouse to finally talk to an Aussie on here. yeh its my first fast boat so im having a go at fitting it all up.
im living down in east Victoria. Near the Gippsland Lakes. good to know that you got all your boating gear from this site& members. its a really good network and everyone is helpfull here.
So a quote on postage before purchase sounds like a good idea.
so did you get your bobs convertable plate from the main website or just off a member? im really struggleing to find a prop down here at all?theres nothing!
you think a 26 pitch laser would work okay mate?
thanks for the thread mate, cheers Jade...

If this posted three times it is because something is stuffing up with my computer!!
Yeah i got my bobs plate from a scream & fly member, but i know someone that got one from bobs direct with no problems.
I had a laser prop, it didnt respond well once i started lifting the motor on the jack plate, i think you are on the right track with the choppers, i also have an overhub inline cleaver which is probably my best prop on the dancraft.
Try hooking up with the vic outboard club if they are near enough to you, they seem like a great bunch & should have a heap of props between them!! http://www.voc.com.au/forum1/index.php
Also keep an eye on ebay, there have been quite a few choppers go through there lately, & the smaller pitches seem to go quite cheap. there was even a couple of yamaha drag props in 24 pitch i think went cheap not long ago, they might go alright on the bullet.
Also there are different models in the choppers, i think you will need the 'small ear' which was designed for the inline sixes, try this site for heaps of info, http://69.24.70.63/adamsdock/chopper.html
I am on the QLD border which makes it a bit hard to do any testing with my props!!
There are a couple of us aussies lurking on scream & fly, try searching for threads called 'Australian bullets' & 'Aussie boat discussion'
The 15' bullet is a very cool first boat, also loving the inline six power, cool setup!
Let me know how it all goes!Last edited by gmjim; 03-24-2012 at 07:40 AM.
