    fast bottom paint?

    im fixin to buy a little boat and paint the whole thing, im wonderin what i can do to the bottom to help with speed that wont brake me, and if the paint is expensive could i just paint the pad????? what would you do?
    they last longer if you run 'em hard

    dry graphite lubricant

    if it's a glass boat, then you're best bet is to clean up the bottoms (especially the running surfaces/pad) so that it's perfectly straight, true and clean; then sand with 400-600 grit paper.

    HI!

    If you need bottom paint, check out International V17M two component epoxy based paint. Its very thin and you can water sand it afterwards. I use it on my Phantom 25, and I kept the top speed compared to a water sanded bottom without paint. The main reason is that this two component paint is very thin and hard.

    I know a guy who used speed bottom coating, it took off before the boat did . And he never did catch it thanks.
