Yep, not that big a deal me either...seems we need "proper speak now?"..long as they hold bullets. All I remember, as in Nam, we ran the convoy guntruck with the 16's, M 79's, twin 60's turrets, 50 cal turret, "nades", shot's..it was a simple.."RELOAD"..from some greeny, (new to country..get used to war, REAL fast..kid rat in the back, who ran ya the fresh ammo, new clips, boxes, learn the "feed", the Machine guns...(that "top door opened up"?.., ya better have a belt out the new box, ready to load!, and feed in". Strippers..(SK's, more).., call what ya want. But new loads the 60's and 50 cal, and learn to feed, when our "head" was over the "side armor"...blowing the piss out of who knows. DO now, there was return fire though, and time counts. I'm not fluffing my well worn out feathers here, but if ya have never seen combat, ya have NO CLUE, the stress ya hit, INSTANT, and ya gotta react QUICK. Best I can say here, Al, is also get a good paintball gun, go do a few matches. ANYBODY can shoot at some range target.."I'm good now!".. BS...go where they shoot back! Ya get a "splat"...? I don't care what ya carrying, the other dude just blew away....

At this point I'd recommend a rubber band gun their light weight, low recoil, ammo's cheap, and they can still put an eye out._

He may want to check his carry laws, when I did my test you had to have a .32 or bigger and if I took my test with a revolver then the license were for a revolver ONLY. Yet is I took the test with a semi auto I can either.

KeepItSimpleStupid. I reccomend a pointed stick there free, no moving parts, no projectile, no license to carry or classes to attend and can put an eye out too!

DAMN, Larry, (thanks chiming in, as do NOT mess, the Nam Vets...(Steven Segal, is damn good at his skill, and one rough dude, but, this aint TV, staged TV..this was real coming here..).. Nam 41 years ago me, but fresh as yesterday. Heres a 1969 ,same year me, a fresh 19 year old..vid found, from your buds, up there, (Yep, Larry hung out the side, back, clearing the way), before the idiots on the ground,us, IN WELL armored tracks, "brought.."mail from home"..... and food, Potable water, for those REAL fighters, the Infantry 4th, who has seen the side of hell, down there the bush, that I have so much respect for, who went where places in the daylight, scared the crap out me, an fast In-Out, us..and they went 3 days out "there". (I edited some orig post out here, as going off subject)...Nam a PITA, but a loota fun too!

Nobody is claiming to be an expert. There is a difference so why not you the correct term?

Back on topic. Maybe a blow gun? I don't think you would need a permit for that.

My off duty is a Colt Pocket 9. It's a 7 round automatic double action only, it's about the size and weight of a Walther but packs a 9mm round. It's very comfortable on the ankle and feels like a blackberry on the hip. It's been very reliable too, never jams on the firing line. Can't say the same for my Glock but I still love the Glock too.. (I don't have the pinky extension, I don't like those, I think they take away from the point of a small gun) I just tuck my pinky under the mag.
