    Goodbye summer!

I take this vid as me putting one of my boats away winter...not "for the summer', but END of summer!"(ya still can "pickle" girls all winter, but the boats, only "the last "pickle", until spring!

Living in the keys 43 years now,I'd say we average maybe 20 days a year under 70 degrees, and out of that 5 under 60,just a guess, but you get the idea, chris

We've got probably 6 more weeks of nice go fast boating here. Then it's put the enclosure on the Sea Ray and big Boat into November.

September/October are some of the best boating months here, the humidity finally goes away and its usually in the 70's and 80's, though this year is still hitting mid 90's everyday.

This is the best time for test and tune sessions around here. Temp's finally in the mid to upper 70's and the humidity is low. It's a shame it won't last long. I'll be coming back from Jasper in October and that will signal the end of my boating season, except for a few freak days of warm temps that pop up now and then for the rest of Oct. & mid Nov.

But this also signals that time of year where we do those mod's we've been putting off all year long because it was just to nice to lay it up during summer. So there is something to look forward to.....................
