    Exclamation Randy aka WILDMANl knows.........

Randy has always been a "got to" guy for these types of questions, he's pretty much lived a tunnel boat life so to speak. He's alway been one to try any thing to get a perfect running setup/boat and knows allot about them.

And I'll have agree with Randy, but then again I'm a little bias..............

It's a freshly modified Merc 250 EFI, Brucato SVS, HydroTec Tuner, Simon Motorsport ECU's, 300 ProMax Heads, Simons Flywheel. Just got done breaking in the new motor and didn't have my 30P Drag on it, but with a 28P Chopper she runs 80 MPH/GPS at 5500 RPM. I did have it up to 93 MPH/GPS on my Livorsi recall speed-o on one pass, but I don't know what the RPM's were at that speed, I was to damm busy trying to keep it from over trimming (still getting a feel for it at speed). There was more pedal there but senseless to over RPM the motor without the right prop. My bench racing guess would be based on the 28P Chopper run around 100+ MPH with my Drag prop at around 6500 RPM, 30 gallons of fuel, and me onboard @ 165 pounds. Should know for sure in the next couple of weeks if it ever quits raining here....................LOL

I think they were just over 100 with a 300Xs on a 22 Talon, made just south of your place. OK a lot south, but still in the country.
