Action Dave BBQ, sounds great, But the Cuban cuisine that I am hooked on is the Cuban coffee. Started drinking it when I was working with some guys originally from Cuba building some boat molds and really got hooked on it.... That stuff is about 10X the strength of American style coffee...

Hell yeah. That's the only coffee I'll drink. Once you have that, Red Bull seems like mother's milk.

I think you would be surprised how many people on this board are perceived to be racist, that are really not.

I think the level of double standards have been forced down people's throats for so long, that many have become very fed up with it and are starting to speak their minds.

Of course they are immediately branded as being a racist.

I wasn't calling anybody out in particular. Hell, I'm willing to bet I could have a great time with 99% of the people on this board. We've all had situations where the first thing that comes to mind isn't always the most thought out choice. Let's face it, we've all made comments that aren't 100% politically correct. Once people learn to lighten up a bit, we'll all get along much better. I also realize the double standard that exists in society but I try not to focus negative energy on that.

You know who hates illegal criminals more than anyone else? That hardworking, legal immigrant who gets bunched into a group simply because they're from the same country. Nobody likes for a certain group of individuals to make the whole population look bad. Just like most white dudes don't want to be bunched into the same group as Bubba, the toothless hillbilly.

I have said it many times in my working career. "I don't care if you are Red, Black, Yellow, Brown, Purple or Orange" Just have a Intellegence level equal to or one that exceeds mine to be in my space or work with me.

My wife is from a foreign country. Paid her dues for five years and on her own wanted to become a US Citizen. Yes she is. And if you want to see someone that hate's Illegals. Then she is the most racist person I know.

Go to any country in the world and you're gonna find raciest, bigots and ignorant people. The USA doesn't hold a monopoly on it, it's worldwide! It won't go away, it will always be with us. It's part of human nature.

I've put up with bigots my whole life. I've lived my whole life with people thinking I'm not capable of doing what "normal" people do, even in my own family, just because I had a tumor in my head that paralyzed my right eye, right eyelids and right half of my forehead. Of corse me doing and saying goofy things at times and not thinking before I open my mouth, sometimes, doesn't help me, haha.
But what it comes down to is, I CHOOSE not to let them piss me off, most of the time. I try not to judge them because I do stupid stuff at times too, just like most people.

Please don't take this the wrong way...

This was not the right place (thread) to "pull the race card" and come to the defense of others just because of their race. It doesn't matter whether they are from El Salvador, Cuba, or Mexico. If they're GANG MEMBERS with GANG tattoos, they are scum, plain and simple, no matter where they come from.

When we have violent gangs dumping fish guts on our pristine beaches, and we feel pressured to yield and leave, it's just another good example of the kind of phenomenon ripping this country apart, quietly taking this nation's free people hostage...
