Always a "shop Freak"...(out here now, gray/50's drizzle outside, fire going 70's in here..my "Sanctuary".. swear, my mom told me it seems I came out the womb, and soon, I was out playing in the garage. Going on for close to 5 decades!...(funny..Stay"..a little bit longer, playing the oldies RIGHT NOW!

Seems we got the housing thing all wrong too. Remember when a 1500SQ, with a two car garage was keeping up with the "Jone-es "?

Then went to 3000SQ, 3 car..then 5000, 4 car..?

AND none could get a car in the garage anyway, for the other junk?

Think we got it all wrong...

Build a 10,000 SQ garage/shop...FULLY EQUIPPED, THEN, an outbuilding...800SQ goodnuff..all ya need is a kitchen..L/R with a couch and a few recliners, big screen, john, couple small bedrooms..(all ya do is go horizontal anyway, and pass out..right?)...

Don't think it aint happening. Here, hear the radio, some ad, selling "Man Caves"...small condo's...with many SQ feet on site "Shop Condos"..for the many toys..heated, full everything! Condo just to get away from the shop a bit!

Think the guys with Planes, living "Air Parks"..own the runway, drive the plane to yer own hanger, by the house. Or the new places going up, private, for the race car drivers...HAVE THERE OWN PRIVATE racetrack!

BUT!....still think, and always will........."live on, or damn close..(like I can see it)...ANY WATER!

GOOD CATCH!..
(El nino winter... crap going south...no snow ya..just the cold...most all going south, moisture. We here, are having a "global warming winter", WA west coast.. little rain, average 40's, are close to high 50's daily...guess the Winter Games in CAN are getting enough snow in the mountains, cold, fresh and fluffy..not wet sloppy stuff...(seen some..DAMN. those kids can SKI!)
