I think most and I say most boat owners are responsible and try to keep noise at a reduced level when around other fisherman etc. Plus most boats with a 2.4 or 2.5 ACTUALLY haul a$$. Harleys on the other hand, total piece of $h*t,air cooled junk,WW2 technology and they all look the same. Not to mention the store bought "Iam a bada$$ biker"" image all these fools try to live up to. Ill get off my Harley Junk rant for now.......Rob

Another wannabe. Notice you didn't mention American made. You are also wrong about the loud outboards hauling a$$. I can outrun the majority of the loud ones with my fishin boat. Loud doesn't equate to fast on a bike, boat or car just like owning an American made HD makes you think you are a bada$$ biker.

Wow, maybe outboard Rob got picked on a little much as a kid? Anybody else get that impression. Why are you hating on HD's like that, not everyone is as you described. I have been from Penn to Texas on my Harley, and let me tell you there is no better feeling than seeing the country on a bike, and I am damn proud to say it is American. Nothing pisses me off more than to see some harley rider wantabe on a jap bike with a big american flag flying off of it!! HD's carry with them pride and tradition for alot of people, including myself.

Immitation is the best form of flattery! The buyers of the non-Harleys always say "it sounds or looks just like a Harley!! Personnaly I will never buy any "Commie car or bike". I think Honda, kaws, and most the rest of the foreign cars and bikes, all make a good product but they are just never going to be in my garage.

I have owned a number of bikes and never understood the whole Harley lifestyle. Forty hp and heavy bikes that do not handle. I personally think they sound like a lawnmower without a muffler. Sorry that just me. Now a high revving sport bike that sounds like an F1 race car is music to me.

I have had lots of Harleys over the years. I have also ridden quite a few sport bikes and they are a kick to drive fast on. It is just not me. I'll do my speeding on a race course. I ride a dresser now , It's quiet (except the stereo) and smooth and very comfortable. I will agree that the "Lifestyle" that has been around for the last 15 years is pretty much of a joke. Like I say " $15,000 and a black leather Jacket don't make you no biker"! There are very few real bikers on the road!
