Ok, I'm back. Yeah its Saturday night, home, just me and the dog here now..
Only hitting 60 soon, but I have had a FULL life!
Nam Vet, married, divorced, years of BS..retired at 44..(use yer brain..anyone can work for a living)..still trudge on.
Like most of use, these old tunes bring up old "mems"..
Heres one feya.
In the early 90's, I had a month off, work, yearly. I would tell the neighbor...."Feed the damn cat..watch the house..I'm on the Harley Bagger, be gone a month..doing a cross country ride..me, myself, and I..
Remember one ride, 6700 miles, 28 days gone..camped out at 11,000 feet, in Colorado. Got SUPER COLD, the tent, but somewhere 3am.."need to go see that "John Denver, Rocky Mountain High..thing".
WHOA..the stars!
Anyway, pulled out early morning. Next was a shut off motor, coast downhill into "Silverton, CO"..'bout 15 miles down off the mountain.
And what did I have on the HD Bagger cassette player?..(yep, ALL my rides were "Vid", recorded..me..)
Bob Segar..best him ever, as we are all getting older..I looked, not on the list.

I saw some small little blonde sing it at a bar, she stepped it up a few levels and everyone thought the glasses were going to break! I never say her again, her friend said she's one the the best singingers around our area but she'll never make it in any band cause she's always in rehab, what a waste!
