Speaking of the Action 21 CC...Anyone out there actually own one? The Olympic/Olympia 21 was also the same boat.

Not many people know about it but the 22 Velocity is made in a center console. Go to the Velocity Boats website, there are pics and speeds listed.

the 21 action hands down is the fastest, with the right setup and 300x 90mph shouldnt be a problem, but their arent many around. i saw a 21 with a carbed 200 run 73mph with a 25mirage @5800 and run nice in the chop where i was gettin thrown around. besides that the 23 action and the reaction.

but they all take lots of seat time and setup to run not just throw a motor and prop on and go fast.

Out of curiosity, why rule out bass boats?? I know of a 20' Bullet that ran the high teens..

There are plenty of fast bassboats. They just aren't plentiful in the saltwater bays were we usually run. I am curious to see how a bigger one (20'Bullet for example) would handle the chop.

I usually drive around in a 1980 23 ghost CC...it was designed as a work boat to tow crap around...with a heavy ass yami 250 and a dumpy ass 26'' chopper ive done 70...boat was never tested and run with light high performance motors tho...its not a flats boat tho so it welcomes some snotty water

17lab the thread specifically asks about fast center consoles. I won't hold it against you tho.

I would think a 21' (21'10")Bullet would shock you. They are like an aircraft carrier.. They will run 100 with a 300XS..
