Which Spark plugs for 2.5 EFI?

Help! What are the best spark plugs to run on a 2.5 EFI with an Anolog box? Which ones for race'n? which one's for lake run'n? Surface gaps? Thank you!

NGK BUHW for analog box
NGK BUZHW for digital

You can run the BUHZW with the analog box but no sense spending the extra money for them.

There are others, but the BUZHW works well for me. These are surface gaps of course.

Are these plugs as hot or hotter than B8HS-10's? That's what I have been running!

Surface gap plugs are about as cold as they get...in other words, they dissapate heat quickly because there is very little porcelene to restrict the heat transfer to the cooling surface of the block.
