...yup. its unrecognizable now. magnum still owns the building at the beginning of 188th. its the only thing that vaguely orients you. but thats it. you have always turned off of biscayne blvd. onto 187th(at the burger king- long gone)that led you to 188th behind loehmanns plaza, which is also long gone. the other entrance street is what champion marine, the showroom, that a very young jeff soffer, dad bought/built for him. jeff was 19 or 20 years old. oh, the stories i could tell you about spoiled jeff & others...
