.090 to .092 main jets seem a bit lean for that motor.. I believe you may need to run .094 and .096 in the #4 cyl. (historically lean)

Looks like you are using an electric fuel pump? If so, you will need to remove that existing pump and plug the pulse hole on the back. You may have too much unmetered air entering the motor.

The milky color in front of the carbs are suspect.. This could be a reed issue. I read you replaced the reeds. While the motor is running hold a piece of white paper a few inches from the carb intake. There should be nothing on the paper in terms of fuel spray.

Honestly I removed mine years ago along with the oil injection and it's module and don't recall wire colors.

I believe they both have the same bolt pattern and could be mounted either position, save for the wires may be different lengths. And I'm guessing you had both off to paint your block.

You have removed your oil injection, you don't need that other module, that's what it is for.

As far as jetting. what motor is that exactly? Give us that, and I'll get my merc chart out and look those up. Serial number would be helpful.

tlwjkw would know about the wire colors on any module on these motors, he is one of the most knowledgeable members here, listen to him.
