    I sanded down the entire back of the boat and will use gray awlgrip to make it look new. I also fixed a few stress cracks that were in the rear corners. No soft spots anywhere. The boat was very well cared for. I may paint the white tomorrow.

    80.8 on GPS. I only ran it for 5 minutes though. Probably not the best prop either

    I decided to change all the gauges to Monster Livorsi gauges. The 2 1/16" holes will go to 2 5/8" and the 3 3/8" holes will go to 5". I also filled in a few of the holes. I had to make a Masonite template to cut the holes larger. This holds the hole saw in place since there is nothing for the 1/4" drill bit to bite into. When the holes are filled. I will do the dash in marble paint.

    check the hole saws you have 2 1/16 to 2 5/8 can probably get 2 hole saws on same arbor-
