Jeff Hall has been instrumental in getting us together, but you know how it is Gene—- trying to find time is my big problem——- ever since I retired 37 years ago, there seems to be a distinct shortage of the stuff! ——- I just stepped out of the boat in Paris and told Mark he could have it—— “I’m done”—- that was it——- never boarded a race boat again—— that was 1979 !

They just finished testing the new 32’ Fountain Cat, I don’t have any pictures—- but I presume they’re a couple of biggish Mercs on the tail.
Thats the trouble with growing old—— can’t keep quiet—— so you don’t get told anything—- but still get a bollocking for what you might have said if you never knew anything in the first FECKIN place-xx DONT worry about it —— it’s a getting old thing !

Anyway, fact of the matter is—— WCC are now designing hi speed craft for some of the most elite names in the powerboating world.
Me, they don’t tell me much these days——- got this habit of running off at the mouth with anything my kids and grandkids produce——- it’s a little thing called “PRIDE”—— I have it in huge quantities—- but it can be a curse sometimes!
