Sorry, when she married Steve, she became Sandra Cheeseman !
That’s a fact Gary ——— I still have difficulty in realising my four daughters are not called Wilson any more———maybe not, but I still look on each one of them as a WILSON.
My son in law Steve Cheeseman used to work for Chris Hodges and is one of the best “chippies” I ever came across.
Buzzi recognised his skills and put him to work on all sorts of creations. There’s a book to be written somewhere there!
Great pity that particular tale ended long before the second chapter.
Saga continues though——- Simon Cheeseman is the grandson working closely with Craig Wilson at
WILSON CUSTOM COMPOSITES.
He’s a whizz geek with “Cads” on a computer——- rest is classified so i’d Better zip up before I get myself in a heap of trouble!
Had a nice lunch at He Avisford Hilton with Jillys daughter Catherine and little Lizzie , food was excellent——- lots of “ Mother’s” dining out. Staff were cheerful and obliging, down side was when the dill came with about ten quids worth of extra drinks that were clearly not ours and should not have been on the ticket. No excuses for that which was made quite clear——— never did like being overcharged for anything, always pisses me off some what.
Should have an uninterrupted day in the shop, which these days means 5/6 hours all being well. Present project is a forty foot cat ( ALEX AND ANI) , liked the shape, and when Craig told me he was pulling a new one out of the mould this week for a customer, decided to do one of my (Concepts) for his desktop. This one is 50mm (20”) in length, so a bit longer than normal———— will post you a few pictures from the log to the finish———— decided on natural English Oak finish——— Craig can paint it any way he wants. I don’t do paint any more.
Soldiered on like a good ‘un this morning———- everything went according to plan——- no cock-ups or crap moments, don’t get that happening many times a month I can tell you.
Forgot to download the early pics I took of the project so it’ll be late afternoon before I get to posting some “Interesting” stuff————- not to worry——— I’ll get there in the end!

Thought i I posted this quarter part of an oak plank before——- disappeared into cyberspace!
Long ago before Pontus was a Pilate I shelled out a big bag of gold for a pile of very old cut planks of various exotic woods————- thought I paid way too much over the odds for it at the time. Been digging into it for about five years and I’m not even half way through it——— maybe I didn’t get shafted after all.
Did anyone see Top Gear this week ?
Damn fools went over to Japan and Bought a twin turbo RX 7 for £7,000, shipped it back to England hoping to make a profit———- they are amongst us——— .
Best offer he’s had for it up to now is £800 ———- and that’s obviously some poor soul having a mad fit of depression!
Also said quote : At the present time , no major car company is involved in the manufacturing of the Wankel Rotory for the first time in over a hundred years !
And 3..2..1..........
