I have an 89, but don't know about adjustable plates. It came with aluminum tunnel extensions that protrude past the back but were never adjustable. Never have used them though as I believe they were meant to help when carrying heavy loads and skiing people.Quote:

You are doing pretty good at 190 with the 280 based on speeds I have compiled from others over the year. I do think you could get it into the teens with work on the setup. I think most of the higher numbers involve a clever usually.Setback looks good, but where are you running the prop in regard to the pad? Weight is a big thing too as others have said. I used a soft tie down used for a motorcycle 12" long 3800 lbs. nylon webbing doubled over. plenty strong. Hopefully the bow eye won't pull out! The 2 stern eyes pulled out luckily I caught it b/f the boat dropped. Had to reinforce the stern and put bigger eyes, now it's good.Quote:
