Havent been able to to get onto the S and F site for the last two days, tried all the dirty tricks that I know, even wrote to Willabee and the fat Adminstrator at S&F---Willa said he'd been having trouble also, he did at least reply, which is more than can be said of S and F.

Got kin from Tasmania staying tonight before heading back to Hobart tomorrow!

See Hamilton was fastest in both Friday practice sessions, means sweet FA unless he sticks it on pole.

S&F is so bloody slow it's like watching paint dry, I'm calling it a night and hope by tomorrow they have their act together. nighty nite peeps MYGGWY.J

Yeah, but isn't it great to see a bit of life on S&F, between us we can keep things ticking over, the Athritis out of our hands and the little grey cells in good working order.

Like I said before I had trouble trying to get on the S&F site for the last couple of days, administrator Denies there is a fault at his end so it must be something the iPad ate for breakfast!

I got three sailboats on the stocks at this moment, not a lot to show you but there could be by close of play Monday .

I am so happy to climb into bed uninjured, screaming great grandkids running riot in the house, it was dangerous to leave the easy chair, I kid ye not these are the new breed of 100 mph children, .(hooligans, missiles, call 'em what you want).
It rained stairrods from dawn to dusk, steam was coming off the pool before I managed to get them in there, mind you it it was still chucking it down, but what the hell, isn't it what kids do?
Little Jeff brought his wet suit, (Poncy little sh-t) looked like he walked straight out of the set making "JAWS".
Last ones left just after nine. (Thank you Lord for my deliverance this day).

See they cancelled the last days competition in the Americas Cup playoffs, that meant Bar won, (GB) with New Zealand second and the USA third, that should shove up the price of the three Americas Cup boats I made.

Hamilton had a bad day at the office, you would have thought by now he would have learned how to get off the start line a bit quicker than that ! still, it did make the race a tad more interesting, told myself I would not be watching F one any more unless it bucked up its ideas., me gone, MYGGWY.J.

Jackie---maybe next time we could make a swap???

Two (2) teenage grandsons just left (own car) for Denver after a three day visit without parents----We should be able to put the house back together in two or three weeks---

Gene, I had four girls and a boy, they all turned out as perfect as any dad could wish, NO they were not perfect by any means, on many occasions I had a sore hand and they had a sore arse!
Was an old adage that went "spare the rod and spoil the child"---now I never once used a rod, there was no need to.
There has never been a drugs problem in my family not my kids or grandkids or great grandkids, mind you the eldest great grandchild is still only fourteen.
There never was a child born bad!.
Worlds problems started when these politically correct dingleberries started interfering with the parenting of children? Do not chastise your child or you will go to jail! Horse feathers !
There"s a touch of devilment in all kids, get it out of them before they're teenages, or you are in deep sh-t.
Jails and institutions are full of young people who would not be there today if they would have had a swift kick up the arse when parents deemed it was necessary?
Politicians are like banks, they give you an umbrella when it's fine , then want it back when it rains.

You still got a ban on chewing gum? do dogs still piss on the pavement? Do you still allow smoking everywhere?
Somewhere there has to be a balance, the trick is to keep the scales level and the people happy.
Lower taxes are , but if you are not earning enough to pay taxes then it's got no advantage.
Last time I was in Singapore there were an awful lot of poor folk, it's not all " Roses and Lollipops".

Just goes to show that a decent SLR camera takes far better piccies than an iPhone ever will! Mark sent me the latest shots of his 70 mph 50' boat he's building. with a bit of luck and a shed load of hard work it just might be ready for Key West.
Oh yes' the sail boats I swore I would never do again! It's Holly, stainless and an old Fatface long since discarded tee shirt outa the ragbag!
Still just an exercise to show you how different types of sailboats can be made out of the one basic simple shape using differential configurations

Coming out of our "Moving coma" after relocating to North Carolina....... 10 weeks of Hell!....But well worth it after all... We are now only 8 hours drive from Tavares, 6 or so from the Florida border and 9 from NYC...Roger H and his lovely wife, Margo, came and visited over the weekend so the "TDO" partners are pretty close by.

We now have 22 acres and enough barn and outbuilding space to store a fleet of antique race boats, plus lots of run around room for the Rottweilers....Will finally have room for my "man cave" as well and prime space for the Super 10 Hurricane and Jackie's sculptures.

Still a lot to do but we are getting there slowly but surely.
