Tricks that old racers get up to after retirement

Looks like the MERCURY JAMBOREE will be a winner. Grandkids left yesterday to attend the bash.
I DID RECEIVE AN INVITE but unfortunately due to “MITIGATING” circumstances i am unable to attend.
Billy Seebold has made the trip i see which pleases me immensely, even though he is having a hard time.
had a day off yesterday and took my middle daughter out to lunch . Chose the “13 CHURCH STREET” In STORRINGTON—- a great Thai restaurant where they always have freshly laundered white napkins and great service .
Pissed me off when the bill arrived with a twelve and a half per cent service charge {optional}—- so i opted not to pay it and simply left a tip as i have always done .
Does anyone else feel the same way i do about the service charge being stuck on the final bill ???????????
Isn’t that what a restaurant is in business for , to serve food ????????

These are siscilliyan and grow up to about 4 and a half inches in diameter and weigh in at over a pound apiece .

What do know —- Gary forecast that Pothole would be on pole in Sheboygan— gremlins all sorted and is hauling the mail !!!!!!!!!!! Could be a good weekend for the grandkids

Thats better— did a cut down gear case —could have done a longer fuselage but what the hell it’s only a concept —tried the graphics on one side —room for improvement . Get over it .

WELL, a fifth and an eighth place finish were not what the kids had in mind up at SHEBOYGAN on saturday. Got well and truly spanked today.
Mitigating circumstances will be explained at a later date . As you can imagine —no one will want to talk to a silly old fart tonight.!!!!!!!!!

CAMPSIS or Trumpets of Jericho —- planted two years ago at the bus stop and just loves life . First year INDY pissed on it and i thought she killed it , but it just made her stronger.
Sweet peas coming to a finale and its not even September .
Astranerium are wonderful for picking and last up to two weeks at a time .
