Spider cracking !!

in this case the product being hit from behind with a rubber hammer ! because the wrong wax was being used on everything being made so everything was tight to release !

Fibreglass Hatch's were a real night mare ! So was time for look and learn ! .
After a good wax and a fine spray of PVA ,gel coated and glassed etc etc , I showed the crowd how to pop a hatch ! Dropped on the concrete floor on a slight angle the mould hit the floor with a bang !!, the hatch popped out clean as a whistle and went one way the mould went the other way and all mouths dropped open at the same time !.
The shock of the mould hitting the floor and hitting on a slight angle sends the vibration shock waves works and does wonders !! No wedges ,no vice grips, no rubber hammers, simple quick and very effective don't need to throw it just a simple drop from waist height ! doesn't matter how big the hatch ! one foot square or a big engine cover 4 foot x 6 foot Just need to two people !

This is a carry on to the other posts of using the wrong mould release wax . and also not trimming moulds and cutting off all the overhang !
