Maybe more of a "Ski Racer" than top speed boat???

Interesting to see the new SOB's coming out with high tech power. Years ago Progression ran the SOB table with low tech grunt on the back.

Kevin @ Progression builds an awesome boat with lots of attention to the finish details but many guys can not drive or really rigging one out due to bottom! They are a drivers boat!
The 22' ran very well with the older V6's for what it was.

True, they are a "driver's boat." But once you truly learn how to drive one, you'll be spoiled for life - as I am!

What makes the Progression hull any different from other Vee bottoms when run at these high speeds? They are all walking on a tight rope.

From what I’m told with the narrow pad and and multi-pitch bottom it’s challenging

Is the Allison XB21 (The 21' Allison) considered a deep V? Based on the photo's on this thread it is as deep of V as many of the boats, not to the level of a Progression or Tuff, but all of the Australian Ski boats.
