Man, I have a broken bolt in an aluminum hub for my KX450 but it is only 6MM bolt! I wonder how small of bolt this would work for? I may be looking for some small coper pipes and try this. Dang screw extractor broke off in the dang bolt too trying to get it out the first time!

Alum will dissolve iron/steel out of aluminum... get it at the grocery store or drug store. https://hackaday.com/2015/08/03/diss...m-the-grocery/

Everyone has some disasters with this once in a while. Ive had to go so far as to drill big, thread in larger bolt and tap the center of the bolt to size before. Of course this always happens late at night when your in a time crunch and there really isn't the option of waiting to get more tools or support and of course in the cold without heat and then you stuff a screw driver through your thumb trying to release the damn wire connector thats corroded together. Weather pack... you young fellas have no idea how good you have it now
