2000 Mercury 300 promax low hours

Good morning, I have a 2000 promax 300, good compression all around, low hours estimated somewhere around 45-70 hours. has a stock lower unit. The motor was a gift from my uncle before he passed away. He had an obsession with Mercury outboard. He also gave me a 2.4 Bridgeport, but I am keepin that motor to finish a build he was doing for his son. It sat on an engine stand for 7 years in a cooled garage. Only ran in fresh water. No rust anywhere, completely stock. I brought the promax down to my house in key largo and it started right up. Now I want to sell it to complete the project that he was working g on for his son for his 18th birthday.

I know these motors are worth a good amount just not sure how much, and I don't want to give the motor away as I need the money to finish another project. Any help would be great and if anyone is interested feel free to make me an offer. I've seen a few on here and they hold value pretty well.

If anyone wants pictures or more info leave your email and I'll send them right over to you.
