Just call or text me if it happens. I really am sorry for that and I try to make sure this kind of thing does not happen. The S&F site has been undergoing a great deal of back-end upgrades, which will prepare it for more upgrades that are forthcoming this winter. Unfortunately during that process, the servers need to be shut down or rebooted, and that sometimes causes issues. I try to minimize that downtime as much as possible. But please contact me anytime of day or night if you're having an issue and I will make sure it's taken care of ASAP. 239-297-4264.
