    Graphics

    David, There is a shop in Waldorf called Empire Graphics that does great work you could check with them also for an estimate, what sandbar do you go too I use to boat on the Patuxent and I don't remember a place like that to hangout.

    We all hang out around the corner from Clarkslanding and also diagnal from the Boatel California.I just reallized this past summer how far up you can run a boat past Benedict bridge.Man,thats a nice place to hang if you want to sit in the boats.I plan to hang there this year alittle more.I hear there are alot of jetboats there in the summer.

    Definatly get someone who has done a bunch. I don't personally do wraps, but I have been in the sign/vinyl business for about damn lets see 22yrs now.(Man I 'm getting old). We do a ton of printing and edge seal as well. Even with overlaminate the inks still only have a 3 to 5 year life expectancy. The lam does help with abrasion, and the edge seal will help the edges, but near the waterline the vinyl will come off. Start looking aroung at some older wrap jobs. I think after you do you will lean towards a paint job. For $4000 you should be able to get something pretty nice.

    How do they make those huge decals? It must take a huge printer to print stuff big enough for the side of a tractor tailler!

    wraps

    Here is mine. It has held up great for the first year. precision sign works did mine in nashville. Less than 3 thousand.

    They do the semis and big wraps in strips. 6' or 8' plotters then they overlap them a little bit (a couple of inches). You can't see it until you get right up close.
