    Evinrude 150 ficht won’t start

    Hi all,
    I have a 1999 Evinrude 150 ficht with a some issues…
    when switching the ignition on three lights are blinking in the rev counter. And I can’t hear the high pressure pump. Naturally the engine turns over but won’t fire. Connected the hp pump directly to 12v and it ran fine. Then I measured the power going in to the pump from the EMM, and I could only read 2v.
    can I assume the EMM is fired, or is there anything else I should check first like the kill switch?
