Wanted to send a parcel to an old friend [96] post office and parcel force refuse to take the parcel due to the fact he has neither a cell phone or an email address !!!!!!!!

Jenson is a very good all round guy. Won just the one world championship with ROSS Braun with the mercedes .
Been a long time since he did competitive racing —— afraid i wouldn’t give much for his chances in this day and age !!!!!! Just saying.

In the pack of 40+ year olds, Jenson qualified respectably between Kimi and Jimmy.
For the Sunday, road course race in Austin Texas.

22. Kimi Raikkonen, (43 years old) driving No. 91 - Trackhouse Racing Chevrolet
24. Jenson Button, (43 years old) driving No. 15 - Rick Ware Racing Ford
31. Jimmie Johnson, (47 years old) driving No. 84 - Legacy Motor Club Chevrolet

However, qualifying is more genteel than racing in NASCAR.

So if he qualified 24th out of 40 thats “respectable” ?
Driving a car can be related to riding a bike , [once you can do it, you never forget] but racing anything requires a different mentality.
There comes a time when you simply step back and stop, or decide to do “JUST ONE MORE SEASON”
Which will get you maimed for life at best or Killed stone dead at worst.
Roger Jenkins tried to get me to return to racing in the OE class in 1980 [was the most well supported class and totally dominated by the 850 JONRUDE]. Told him i was done and i meant it . I was lucky—i walked away from the sport i loved in one piece and without serious injury. Never did race again —one of my better decisions.
I DID CREATE THE “FONDA” SERIES ——- Forerunner of what is todays WW F1 series. But the success was mainly due to DAVID PARKINSONS and MERCURY.

Michael Shumacher's situation has to be one of the most ironic. Did all of that F1 driving only to hit a tree snow skiing and is now in a Swiss convelescent facility with 24/7 care. Others get so wrapped up in it they cannot stop (addiction). For some ,the money dries up. I have a friend who can't walk away from grand national hydro racing. Blew his retirement reserves and now has two barns full of boats, transport trucks and engines that nobody wants to buy. I don't envy what the family will have to do with all his stuff when he's gone.

Well there is something going on that we the general public have never been told ——- absolute secrecy has been in place since the accident and rumours abound.,
First of the many myths was he died in the ski-ing accident and was kept alive on a live support until the seven year inheritance laws were met due to the vast fortune he has.
rumours will always fly when nobody knows for sure whats wrong —— .
Me i always keep a low profile and the door open, live each day as it comes along to the best of my limited ability.
Had a busy weekend in the shop—— fixing machines and replacing some with fresh ones .
one things for absolute certain —- i was busy—— not a lot to show — although i did shove on a bit further with with the nothing in particularAMERICAS CUP BOAT.
