Probably APBA's most popular class today.
Spectators love the Tri-Hull, all with older OMC V4 cross-flow power.

    Memory lane..

Well..going back to December 1978 and my first trip from Sweden to USA..
The dollar was record low..I paid 3.99 Swedish krona for one dollar.
Today one US dollar cost 10.50 Swedish krona.

The US interest rate 1978 was over 20%..yes..!!
so 6-7 % today is really peanuts..
Gas was less then a dollar.
    Enjoy life..

I can remember in late 1972 and early 1973 the gas stations were having "Gas Wars' which resulted in regular grade gas being sold for 19 cents per gallon. That is what ignited the "staged" gas shortage of 1974 where people literally fought or shot each other getting into the gas lines. There was that 10 gallon limit and then the pump would shut off. Then it got worse when you could only buy gas on certain days depending on if your tag ended in an odd or even number. I would rather pay the ridiculous prices that they are charging today and be able of buy it when I need it as opposed to going back to the chaos of 1974. Nevertheless, gas companies today are getting filthy rich off of the prices that we are having to pay....

Next time you’re at Little Jim bridge, finish the trip onto the island turn left and go to the Navy seal museum.

Guaranteed to humble you what these young guys would do to protect our country!
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.
