Harvey is having a bad month. Sentenced to 23 years in prison, his 68th birthday last week, and now he has tested positive for the Wuhan Flu. Well, hopefully they do their best to keep him alive so he can serve out some more of his sentence. Do not want him getting off too easily.

Unfortunately, probably not. It is speculated he caught it at Rikers Island. While I have never been there, from what I understand it is a secure facility where prisoners do not get to commingle. Locked in a cell 24 hrs a day, under relatively close supervision.

Where he is at now, is a transfer facility. The first part of going to prison. Same thing, relatively isolated, locked up 24 hrs in a cell, close observation. This is where they screen for disease, and evaluate people and then decide where to send them.

That is why I hope they keep him alive for a while. Long enough to make it to gen pop. Let the animals dish out his real sentence. But again, I do not know how it works in New York.

Remember Jeffery Dahmer? In Wisconsin they can only keep you in admin seg for 2 years. So he lived for a little over 2 years. Once he made it to gen pop, they killed him. Hopefully New York has similar laws and he makes it to gen pop. Call me what you will, but I like street justice.

I don't know about that in this particular case. It did not, and does not make sense as noted in the post above, those holding jails are relatively secure and inmates are under close observation. Real close observation when on suicide watch. That is why the Epstein deal does not hold water. But yet again, it is almost completely forgotten about, or swept under the rug.

And then with Weinstein, was anyone else really involved? Epstein ran an underage sex alve type deal where Weinstein would been more of a client then a part in the ring. My opinion anyways.
