hydro stram tunnel ram race boat. 22 feet. Pretty fast boat. new paint 200 hp mercury black max long shaft. allso has a jake plat included. comes with trailer. i have $ 8 gran into it.

...Rally Sport Boats, owned by Bob Ackerbloom. I believe that model was called the "Royale", but could be wrong on that. Believe it was advertised as 20 footer, but could be wrong on that. May be that you can't title the boat in fla due to his lack of title and info. Owner died, etc. His chosen states may have more liberal title laws.

Does the owner know who manufactured the boat or what brand name it goes by?
