    Speedmaster boats? Think I remember seeing one at the Tampa boat show at one time in the late 70's early 80's.....

    This is what the owner posted. HYDROFOIL TUNNEL RAM RACE BOAT (Cranston R.I.)

    hydro stram tunnel ram race boat. 22 feet. Pretty fast boat. new paint 200 hp mercury black max long shaft. allso has a jake plat included. comes with trailer. i have $ 8 gran into it.

    May be that you can't title the boat in fla due to his lack of title and info. Owner died, etc. His chosen states may have more liberal title laws.

    Does the owner know who manufactured the boat or what brand name it goes by?
