Nice truck rob love the red

if you have never seen the video of their torture test check it out on YouTube. They tow a trailer at their max capacity wide open around Daytona race track. Impressive little motors. The 3.5s are running Mid 12s in the 1/4 with a tune. Imagine how many vette owners would cry getting whooped by a v6 pickup truck

It's a 09 had it 5 years paid $24,500, before that a 06 I bought used got what I paid for it 4 years later , maybe next year I'll buy a 17 IF I can get it for under $40,000 I'm spoiled only buy Laramie 4x4 diesels NEVER going to buy new at over 60,000 then depreciation eats you alive , I looked for 3 months before I bought the 09, I like the dealer in Fort Myers they sell me eveyrthing at at wholesale, just going to tell them what I want then wait for a trade in , Ram's have a new body style out so they should be getting lot's of trade ins , don't mean chit to me I don't need to impress anyone , HATE depreciation , it's like being ROBBED and enjoying it!
If any one needs a Transmission for a Ram diesel ONLY get one from a dealer (with a discount of course ) then have it R&Red at a real trany shop that way your three year warranty is real AND you won't get any grief if you have to get a replacement , for some reason no transmission shops in my town know how to rebuild one , I know because I've wasted $$ trying to save money and talked it up with many. I paid $3300.00 for a factory rebuilt and $600.00 for R&R at a good transmission shop . Oh yeah I have two programmers for sale I call the transmission killers ,I pulling heavy trailers , with lots of tune they will kill your transmission , these new diesels have plenty of torque ,you hardly know anything is behind you

Nice Truck,
I have a 2016 4x4 sport with the 2.7 and 6 speed transmission. So far no problems and I really enjoy it. Congrats on the new truck

Fords just keep on going. My 90 just rolled the odo for the 3rd time. Orig motor and running gear. Water pump rad, and reg service stuff. A cool new 18 truck for the hi 20's is a great deal....Mine cost 13.5k new and was a loaded lariat 4x4. F250

In 2004 I modded my 03 Harley Davidson 100th anniversary edition super charged f-150 and put a rod through the block and that cost me almost $4,500 to put a new motor in it. Needless to say Warranty did not cover it. No more mods to new trucks for me, not even a tune
After the warrant is up? Most likely

I know someone with a heavily modded Duramax. Pan up , everything done. That engine absolutely rocks and takes a shiit kicking pulling ridiculous weight. When it's not working it flies and runs highway mileage which is superb. He has many tunes available at a touch and it all works without any hiccups. So if you want it to live you build it to do it all and know your limits. And yes it took $$$$$

Beautiful truck. Amazing engine too, easy on fuel, loads of torque. Red always looks sharp.
