Merc bridgeport ????
I got a boat it was advertised as haveing a merc Bridgeport and look like that is what it is but when i got the title and ran the numbers. ....its a 1976 175 hp mid ..... will a Bridgeport power head fit on a 76 midsection or do I have something else???.... thank you for the information

What year did they make bridgeports and what size.... 2.4 ? ...and what horsepower did they have

Bridgeport was made available to the public 87 to 91 I believe,racers on the program got them earlier and later. Good luck!!

Hydrostreams always look fast ...even sitting still ....but with that much daylight under the boat .....im sure you was moving along in that pic

Yeah that was probably at the 600 foot mark with driver error on the trim button!!lol but we ended up good!!

The numbers on the mid and the title are for 1976 175.....think thats all it is just dressed up a littel ?

The early versions had Carbs .and I think the fishing motors did also.they offered Efi and Carb version,
