Didn't want to get the cart in front of the horse, but did feel the need to get it ready, for under the horse..lol Getting the trailer reworked so it will be ready to put the hull back on. Going to go thru the hubs and got some new tires Once the bottom of the Viper is completed I want to finish the hull work while on the trailer. Should take up less space that way.

Trailer has been freshened up. The bunks and winch will be set up when it's time to set the hull back on. Things are moving forward again!

Sanding out the last coat of epoxy before paint. Pretty sure the bottom won't be giving me any handling issues!

That trailer looks amazingly identical to my 1977 Cobra trailer. I have been seeing more and more of them lately. Beautiful work on it and the boat!!

Thanks, I've owned that trailer since 1979. It's spent most of it's life as a ATV hauling trailer. Will work out great for the Hydrostream Viper!

Sidewinders were cool boats. That hull was probly the most coppies in outboards. Tahiti lays claim to the original but then again so does Sidwinder. Your guess is as good as mine. Anyways, Git-er-done.

Actually the hull was a Copy was copied by Schuster who owned Tahiti from a Glaston. Then Sidewinder copied Schuster and then the copy war started and a bunch of law suits that got tossed because they were both in the wrong. The Low Pro Deck was a Sidewinder deal, the Torino/SS deck with a windshield was a Schuster idea........The two splashed the other decks.....They should have hooked up as partners and they would likely have stayed in business longer.
