    Have been stopped a LOT of times,but never have them want a look at the hull ID.As long as your TE number and registration are in order.I don't see a problem.In Michigan you can also affix a "permanent" ID tag at the stern or main stringer and you are in compliance.

    Also maybe with that paperwork a dated picture of the boat when I bought it, in the condition...or lack of ... that it is in..not a pretty sight.

    Think I may do it in white like you did yours. It really looks nice and clean.
