Hey, I ordered Autometer gauges from a different site and it didnt come with the plug either. I called Autometer directly and spoke to Jim (I think) he sent me one for free. I dont have the # any more for them any more but if you cant get it I'll try. Just tell them the situation, they were real helpful. And I'm assuming you need the plug for the back of the speedo? If I rememer the plug has 3 wires, the antenna has a bunch, On mine I had to run the orange wire (I think) from the antenna to a ground to get it to work. You'll have to try it out and see. Hope this helps

Here is my honest experience I had with Rex Marine recently. I had not even heard of this company prior to this encounter and I found them while googling for a new steering wheel. I just ordered a new steering wheel through these folks about 1-1/2 weeks ago. Bought it off there website and received an email the next day stating that they didn't have the model I ordered in stock. Gave them a call and switched my order to another model (that the lady verified they had in stock) and they had it out that same day. I received it last week and I'm a happy customer. There was an issue, they notified me of the issue in a very timely manner, they rectified the issue, and like I said I'm a happy customer.
JCF - sorry to hear about your troubles...have you tried contacting them via telephone?
Good luck!

Go to PerformanceBoats.com and look up Rexone (Mike) and he'll fix you up.
And I have had nothing but perfect service from Rex Marine.

REX has been top notch for me. I have called and changed my order with no problem, asked questions and they have always been willing to help and work with me. Just my 2 cents.

Yep, Mike (Rexone) is the man on this stuff. As mentioned, you'll find him on Performanceboats.com forums. He's a moderator.

Thank you guys for your comments. I thought I was signed up here but I guess my registration had expired so re-registered.
Jeremy, Brian has told me we have a plug on the way to you now and that there was some confusion regarding emails. If you have any issues at all shoot me a PM and I will follow up with him. Sorry for the confusion / problem.
AutoMeter changed the plug config on the back of their GPS's some time ago to hardwire vs a plug-in and it has created a lot of confusion in the marketplace over the transition.
Yes I can be reached at Performanceboats.com or [email protected], or here now via PM.
