    merc high perf gear oil

    is the merc high performance gear oil the same as quicksilver?

    if not where is it available.

    everyone here in miami seems to only carry the quicksilver stuff.

    most dealers and All platnum dealers carry the Merc labled oils

    I could be wrong, but i think merc high performance gear oil is not as good as merc high performance + gear oil . I've seen both on dealers shelves next to each other. Notice the + (plus).

    I believe the + oil is synthetic based rather than petrolium based.. and that is the difference..
