Finally got the "HARLEY" Liberator wet
Well, I've been working on this new boat for a while now. I decided to take the 300x off my Checkmate and put in on the Harley edition 21 Liberator.
I first tried a 28" Drag Four prop from Performance Propellers. I used a Fleetmaster case with a Bob's nosecone and 1.75 gears. Ran 95.8 mph with the rev limit horn going off at 7000 rpm. Next I tried a 32 Merc cleaver. I did'nt have a 30 with me. Only turned 6200 rpm, but that was at 101 mph. I think it may run 104-105 with a better prop. I was at 3/4 inch above the bottom. Here's a couple pics.Last edited by WILDMAN; 11-28-2005 at 09:22 PM.

Harley
Finally, I have been waiting to see the "hog" on the water.
The paint looks great, I just think that orange windscreen needs to go! It would look even more badass with one that was blacked out.
Keep up the good work, your paint schemes never cease to amaze!

Nahh, I like the orange Jolly Rancher look. Buy it and I'll black it out for you. I'm going to start a new paintjob on a new 4 seat 18ft Liberator next week.

The boat is a 2006 and has alot of extras including paint and 1000 watt stereo. It's $32,650 WITHOUT motor and prop. The 2002 300x is $12,500. More pics on my website under "Boats in Stock"

The hose to the water pressure sending unit that goes to the puter was not put back on. It told the puter that the motor was'nt getting any water pressure, and would put it in Guardian mode. We put it back on and it runs perfect now.

Jolly Rancher
Still think it would look sick blacked out.
The shipping and import taxes alone would be killer, I'm going to have to pass on this one.
Hey PhastBoat, think I should ask Randy to trade?
Still think it looks killer!!!

Looks awesome Randy!! I like the windshield, it helps seperate it from all the other boats out there. Very unique and cool.
