The transome on these boats only have 10" on hight to work with .... If ya cut the cap and rebuild the transome on the inside and out you can buy a few more inches.I could not even mount a manuel plate without it interfering with the tunnels. The Bob's that i have on there now,the plate that mounts to the transome is 10" in hight.

And even if i could mount the manuel jack plate,it still needed the 5" power lift extentions to get ptge prop shaft close. Not the best transome desing for a boat like this if ya ask me.

What is the boat worth? I have had mine a couple years and am thinking of selling. It is fun but a wet ride at most speeds. It has the 10 inch set back Super Plate with electric motor, the motor is tired and I tried contacting the Super Plate T&R Marine with no response from them. At the present time I have the Yamaha Pro V-150 on it. Recently purchased an old 1979 Merc 150 to use on it. Moving the Yamaha to mt Laser LTV with the Kevlar hull. Getting to old to sit on the floor in these boats. Thinking of selling both of them. Where is the best place to post them?
