Going from a 21 laser 2 to a trophy what pitch on the trophy?

On a 18' baja with a 200 hp merc I am running a 21 pitch laser2 and I can just hit 6000 trimed up. . The prop is great for everything but pulling my large 240 pound ass out of the water on a double boot ski.
Looking at getting a trophy for a little more hole shot for skiing.
What pitch should I go for on a trophy? Should I stay with a 21 or step it up to a 23"
Do you guys think I will lose top end going to a 4 blade from a 3 blade?
    Thanks

Well we know what your problem is:

"pulling my large 240 pound ass out of the water on a double boot ski",

I would look at going down on pitch and changing props with the activity. The Trophy will only give you a better holeshot if you are now cavitating out of the hole. I would enjoy the silky smooth Mercury "High Five" with a 17" pitch. Just watch your max RPM. and be ready to have your "large 240 pound ass pulled out of the water on a double boot ski."

agree on hi five but i would use 19 to maintain a higher speed on top before running out of RPM's and a high five seems to run smaller than it is due to the small diameter... 21 runs like a 19 or 20 laser and a 19 runs dead nuts with a 18P laser 2 so hole shot is hard and midrange is very strong which for skiing is right on the money..

He's right, the trophy runs like it's 1"-2" taller. Get a 17 or 19 for skiing.
