most power and torque out of 50-70 hp class OB

which model of low emmission engine gives the most torque, power for rated value and grunt for the least ammount of weight????

I know 2 strokes have distinct advantage BUT I am dealing with an OEM and a broker who ONLY WANT emmission engines... and as light as possible as well.... going on a factory tour later this month and want to feed them some info.. I personally would like to get them to try an e-tec BUT it is heavier than the yamaha and honda and they are worierd that the weight will offset the torque gained by 2 stroke power..... I need arguement power for my opinion from other people in the industry....

checkthem out they have direct injections as low as 40hp and are 2 star epa
