worthless ebay seller ($$$save$$$)

two months ago i bought a charger for my laptop off ebay. i bought it using buy it now and paid right away. after almost 3 weeks of not returning emails and no charger i left a negative feedback and filled a complaint with paypal. a couple of days later i received a full refund. that was over a month ago. today after the feedback i left him was no longer on his first page. he left me a negative feedback saying i was a non paying bidder. then he sent me an email through ebay for a mutual withdraw of feedback. this has to be the most chicken s%$t thing i have ever seen done, but i had no other option then to play his game. what else could i have done?

i plan creating a couple of b.s ebay accounts and having a little fun with this ass clown.

Casey, E Bay allows a response to any negative feedbacks that's posted right below the complaint. I think I'd have to post my side and let it stay.
