None of the above
Lavey Craft.......The boat on this thread listed is the nicest custom gel I've ever seen http://forums.screamandfly.com/forum...ad.php?t=74771

From that list, Eliminator has certianly done more (shear numbers) of custom gel jobs than anyone. Should really take a look at DCB...
And as for Bayliner, have you taken a look at a new one lately? not talking about graphics or quality of materials, but flat hull sides and shinny gelcoat. Not to many production houses have molds as nice, think about it when you can make all of your molds with a 5-axis router and have employees that spray more gel coat than the rest of the conutry combined it stands to reason that you can come up with a "good looking" product22' Activator w/ 250xs Merc Opti, back home again

Gel
As far as custom gel I don't know, but for quality from what I've seen it would be hard to beat Allison. The Malibu ski boats are first rate too.
One of the better gel jobs I've seen was on a DCB Mach 22 in Powerboat magazine a few years back when they tested one with twin 2.5 drags. It had a checkered flag on the rear flank that was molded right into the gel. Pretty impressive to do that right.Ron V

Ultra
A 27 footer they did for Jesse James. There is more to the boat then just the the skulls. On the dash there is a shadowed skull (which is gel). If you would like to see more of it go here http://forums.screamandfly.com/forum...ht=jesse+james

Flaws ??
I am wondering what are acceptable flaws ? if any ? Maybe tape lines or seeing a few white pin holes in a color ?? how common is this with a repitable builder ?? Maybe even a few things that look like Warts on the gel ???
