    Well

Looks like I may be a bit late. Looking for entire system for my 20' Hydro Voyager XT. Would like the 6345 cyl. and I think I need 16' hoses.

    What is current status?

    Steering Ram?

I am in a bit of a bind and was hoping you could help me out.

I traded my V6 Mercury 200 outboard for a V8 Johnson 300. My Hynautic K-10 cylinder went with the merc since it would have needed to be cut off.

If I bought a HC-5345, would it fit my Hynautic helm?

How much is just the cylinder?

Would I keep my resevoir with the air valve, or would that be eliminated?

    Thanks for any help.

Are these prices still good and what would be the best combination on an STV? The allison cylinder or not?

i know you have to make shure the flow rate of your helm and what the cyl requires is the same...
    hope this helps

    Craig,

Yes, this pricing is still current. The allison cylinder is what they call a high proformance cylinder.

    Barb,

What do I need to do to order a pro setup with the allison cylinder to get the group price. I'm assuming its not on the website?

If Barb has your current CC and shipping info.....

...you can email sales@rickracers.com or call. If she doesn't have your current info, it would be easiest/best to call.

How do you tell the difference between Kevlar hoses and standard hoses?

    If I remember correctly.....

.....the Pro hoses say "Pro" on them, and "1500 PSI". We've never sold any standard SeaStar hoses so I don't really know about them.

O.K cool! I just had visions of Kevlar hoses being orange and saying "Kevlar" all over them!

    two quick questions:

I received the allison cylinder yesterday, it was the last component I was waiting for. I read and re read the instructions and am a little confused on a couple things.
    1. do the hoses come straight out of the helm, or are there supposed to be 90 elbows(none were included) to aim the hose towards the starboard side

    2. there is a protective covering on one end of each hose. Where does this end go? Helm or cylinder?

Everything looks awsome, I just want to make sure I have everything so I can install after Thanksgiving day and then hope the water thaws for one last blast to try it out this fall(ain't looking too promising though)

Just wondering, will the Allison (upgraded) cylinder fit an 80's 140 Johnson?
