Ceramic coating pistons
We recently aquired 3 kilns for my business . As they wont be running at all times i would like to try my hand at ceramic coating pistons . Im just starting to research the process . If anyone can help me out id appreciate it .

my first thought is you need to match the thermal expansion between the base metal and the ceramic coating. usually the metal have a much higher expansion than the ceramic.
give me a little more data and maybe i and the board can help
