Help with glassing stringers and bulkheads

This is my first time doing any major glass work. Anyone have any suggestions on wether to use matt, cloth, or woven roven? What weight material is best for the stringers? Any suggestions would be appreciated

go and buy the already made stringers from compsys in fl. I used their stringers and the made it sooo much easier! and they really look nice too. Do a search for compsys, that what i did.
