(2005) homebuilt voodoo, box stock 40hp merc, 4cyl, no limiter, spinning around 6200rpm, one person, 49.3mph...this is my friends voodoo, but I drive it alot. Not sure on prop pitch as it's been a while since I've had the need to know what it is at a given moment

ive had my voodoo running 63 mph but only once. it will run an honest 60 any day of the week. its a comp voodoo with a 1980 omc stinger. some things ive done to it are: factory high compression head, advanced timing to 18 degrees, updated intake manifold, boyesen carbon fiber reeds, nosecone/low water pick up. etc. im running a titus 12 1/2" by 23" pitch cleaver. im revving 6100 or thats what my tack sais.

I know it's not a VooDoo
But I'm 52 and have owned my Vixen for 30 years. I bought it new in 1976.
I still love riding in these little boats. They are lots of fun.

Does a VooDoo have a pad? Or is it more of a round bottom like my Mx13?

lol. good one Frank!! the only difference between me and my uncle Brian is that i can drive my voodoo at 60mph all day long. Brians biggest problem is that as soon as he hits 45 mph his Alzheimer's kicks in and he "soils" his pants. like i said before frank the back seat in my new vector is going to have a built in bed pan just for him so he doesnt ruin my uphorstery.!!!
Sorry Brian, the truth hurts.

Hi Kevin; unfortuately uncle Brian seen this post and he ain't happy. Furthermore ilovespeed is going to run into some FF whoopass!!!!!!!! Uncle Brian says he's laying in the weeds as usual. Says he's seen 72mph by himself but has never wanted to embarr-ass all you pathetically slow pad pilots who have been on his case. Can you say KEVIN!!!!!!!!!!!! He's put on a rear view mirror to keep track of you guys. Rumour has it that objects seen in this mirror appear to be closer than they really are. COME GET SOME!!!
